I loved how this hotel is just a few steps from great dining options like Smokies Cuban Cafe and Huck Finn's Catfish, and it’s also only a short walk away from popular places such as Old Forge Distillery and The Old Mill, making it super convenient for exploring and enjoying the local scene while soaking in the beautiful surroundings; plus, the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, but breakfast could use a little more variety.

Everything met every demand, I would like to stay there on the next trip. Everything was very good, had a very very good stay in a long time. The room was large, with the balcony.

The room was well-kept and nicely furnished with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave.

The breakfast area is impressive—spacious and spotless. Good variety, but the alternating sausage and eggs needs a rethink. The room was in the older section but well-renovated with a comfortable bed. Balcony views of Dollywood fireworks were a highlight. Excellent AC and hot shower; great water pressure. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The two pools looked inviting, although access for lower building guests could be improved. Safety and noise levels were both excellent. some appliances and fixtures need attention, like the fridge and sink. For the price, this place is hard to beat. A solid choice for short stays, but modern upgrades are desired for a more comfortable experience.

I loved the room with clean towels, my bed was extremely comfy. The staff were supper friendly, accommodating, would not hesitate to return there.

Great location and comfy beds! The only hiccup? My room looked like it survived a paintball fight. Dirty walls and no breakfast? It might’ve been an open-air morning buffet of cigarette smoke! I won't be rushing back.

The ice machine was no good and you had to pay for it.

Our shower was a nightmare—the faucet was practically falling off! My wife had to hold it just so our son could rinse off.

The junior suite was spacious and clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've encountered in a hotel, helping me fall asleep quickly. The room did have some outdated appliances like the microwave and AC unit. Temperature control was decent, but it was on the humid side. I did notice the shower's hot and cold water were reversed, which took some time to figure out. Noise levels were low overall, making for a relaxing stay. the tub needed better cleaning before use. The staff was attentive, ensuring cleanliness and responsiveness throughout our time there.

The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I loved the cleanliness and the lack of carpet, too. the dated air unit worked fine, while the breakfast had its hits and misses—no sausage one day and just eggs the next. The room had a separate area, which was nice, but I was disappointed when I noticed it hadn't been properly cleaned. the friendly staff and great location made up for some of these inconveniences, but a deeper clean could really elevate the experience.
